5 Month Residency Cost: $900
9 Month Residency Cost: $1,500
Fees Cover:
Required curriculum - books, manuals, journals, etc.
Training Events & Intensives (meals, lodging, travel expenses)
Forge Sponsored Conferences - Funds for missional engagement projects and activities in local community.
Every other expense related to Forge Big Muddy Residency
Fee Schedule:
Deposit: $150 (submit with application)
*if your application is declined, deposit will be refunded
Remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments of $150. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
**We highly encourage the resident to raise support for these fees. This allows for multiple people to be brought into the missionary training process.

I confirm that I understand payment of the required costs must be made on or before my arrival, unless otherwise arranged with Forge Big Muddy, and I agree to do so. I also confirm that I am fully aware of my financial obligations, both to the Lord and to the residents and staff of the Forge Big Muddy. I therefore accept all responsibility for all fees and personal expenses incurred during my involvement with Forge Big Muddy.

I do hereby release Forge Dallas, its agents, employees and volunteers from any liability whatsoever arising out of any injury, illness, damage, or loss which may be sustained by the said person during the course of involvement with Forge Big Muddy.

If I am accepted by Forge Big Muddy, I will abide by the spirit, rules and schedule of the program. I have read and understood this application. I am fully aware of the contents, structure and duration of the course. I have read and fully understand the financial commitment as outlined in this application. I understand that in the process of assessing my application, consideration will be given to any and all references regarding my character profile and recommendations from persons of reference. *
